All persons becoming citizens by way of Special Naturalization pass on their citizenship to offspring born after the date they are Naturalized Cives omnes iure et officio pares sun.
The new child is registered with the NCRA in Sierra Leone.
National Civil Registration Authority

- Issuing the National ID card
- Maintaining the national population database
- Vital statistics for government planning
